The Bohemian Switzerland National Park, situated at a low altitude (300-400 meters above sea level), shares a similar climate with Prague but tends to be 2-3°C cooler. This makes it a refreshing escape during summer and a scenic winter wonderland with potential snowfall.

How should I dress for the tour?

Comfortable hiking boots or sport shoes are essential for navigating the uneven terrain. In summer, city sneakers, sunglasses, sun cream, and shorts are suitable. For winter, pack an extra layer, gloves, and a cap to stay warm. No special gear is required.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you've booked your tour but are running into issue with the payment going through, then it could be that our payment gateway, GlobalPayments, is having an issue with a "specialty card". If possible, please don't use any business, special, or virtual card for a better chance of payment success.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Our policy is very flexible. You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the tour starts for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will not be refunded.

Group sizes vary, especially during peak summer when we travel with 7 guests per van. In winter, you might enjoy a more private experience, as the park is less crowded. We even offer tours for single travelers.

Yes, our THE EASY TOUR is perfect for families, with up to 6 km of easy walking trails. In winter, our Narnia Tour is a hit with kids. We provide car seats for safe transfers. However, due to the nature of the terrain (such as uneven paths and rock towers without railings), children must be at least 5 years old for everyone's safety and enjoyment.

What are the age limits for children?

For the safety of all our guests, the youngest age we can accommodate on our regular group tours is 5 years old. If you have younger children, we’re happy to suggest a private tour option, where we can adjust the itinerary to better suit your family's needs.

Do children pay full price for your tours?

No, children up to 12 years old receive a 30% discount, paying only 70% of the standard tour rate.
